Measured my head carefully, and bought the medium sized Toronto shearling sheepskin black hat. Arrived exactly as promised. Love it, but really should have sent it back and exchanged it for a small as it's rather roomy. In my enthusiasm I foolishly cut off all the labels before trying it on. It is beautifully warm, and I will enjoy wearing it this winter and being addressed as Paddington by my husband. Packaging and speed of delivery to Italy were perfect, thank you.
