Very good quality, very warm, very nice. My head measured 23", which should be a Large, but I ordered an XL. The one size up fits very well and is comfortable. I'm glad I did. The hat shipped very quickly. Very happy with purchase.
Only things I would change would be if the ear flaps had a Velcro strap instead of tie strings.
