The first RCMP Jockey Hat I ordered arrived in a week, and during the winter holidays, too. Unfortunately, that hat seemed too big so I ordered another and planned to return one upon deciding the correct size. When the second hat hadn't arrived in over two weeks, I called and one was then sent promptly. The second hat fit best so I arranged for a return of the first and all went well. It took awhile, but I am now happy with my hat!
