I’m so glad I bought this grey rabbit hat. The service was great and it was a speedy delivery. I ordered the small and it fit perfectly with a bit room to spare. The fur was gorgeous and the pic doesn’t do it justice. You will be happy you ordered this. It will keep me warm and stylish on days of walking the dog in Windy Newport!

This order was to replace an initial one whch for some reason delivered two hats supposedly of the same size but one of which was much much bigger than ordered. The company provided GREAT support- a return label, immediate refund and then replacement of the incorrect hat with one of the correct size. Moreover, the re-ordered hat was charged at the sale price (initially ordered) although the sale had terminated. And it was shipped without charge! I received excellent service from these folks. And the hats are of superb quality, much nicer than a similar one I had bought years ago from a different company. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys, their service or their products. And yes, the hats are VERY warm.
Great hat - now I would love to have it in black and in grey, too. Useful for those occasional winter freezes tnat we have in the UK, although they can’t be compared to Canadian temperatures. Love the ear flaps and the way they can be tied on top of the head, or further back on the neckline. It would be great to be able to buy the Russian badges separately to put on hats. I received my beautiful rabbit fur hat in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the weather warmed up quite a bit and I couldn’t wear it without overheating, so, needless to say, I am looking forward to more cold weather to come. I did try it on: it is beautiful, stylish, well made, and very warm! The fit is spot on (I have a small head!), neither too tight or too loose. Can’t wait to pair this with my white boots and white fur collared cape!
I had purchased myself a rabbit fur hat from the website and the Wife insisted I buy her one as well. The Wife loves her new hat and with the weather so cold now, she says it’s extremely warm and fits very well. It is a very well made hat and the fur is very soft and luxurious, she has already with just 2 days of wear had many positive comments on how nice it looks.
