I am a satisfied previous customer that received a hat in which the size was labeled incorrectly. My return/exchange was was treated with respect and hassle free. On another note; I would like to order a red fox Russian Ushanka but; it is pricey.

I bought one of these brown fur hats from here almost 10 years ago in Dec 2011 and it has served me amazingly. From a chilly November morning to hiking up a mountain during a snow storm it has kept my head warm and has never failed me. And despite heavy use and wear the hat still looks and works great. I wish I could post photos of how it looked then and now so anyone reading this could see how good it's held up. Definitely worth getting one.

I plan on buying the same hat from here on the day I bought my original hat so the old one can be retired 10 years to the day I got it. Yes, it's that sentimental to me.
