Excellent service Hats arrived in 2 weeks Didn't realise there would be a £12 customs duty ! But--worth it ! I have a large head and this hat was at first a little snug but fine after a couple of wearings I have received lots of compliments and generally I don't suit hats I'm delighted! It's very soft and cosy.

What you see on the picture is what you get. Love the feel of the fur. Love the design, it's a bit huge to my liking on me but that's what the picture shows. For sure it will serve its purpose when I go to Vienna in the winter. Fast free shipping is a plus!

Was very sad that this Hat is not one size fits all! I know my extra large head size is not always accommodated. Had to return it and ordered the shearling hat which does come in large sizes.

Excellent product, excellent packaging only problem is loose although one size could easily blow off in wind will have to put some tucks in it'. Delivery excellent.

This is beautiful soft and classy hat. I wear a wig and the hat fit my head and hair just fine. The hat is so soft and knit style is close enough to give the hat enough texture and fit to keep my head warm and dry. I wish this hat came in other colors like wine or dark brown.
