Love the hat-so soft and comfortable. It arrived just in time for our 1st snowfall.Unfortunately I was charged extra at Customs. Other than that delivery was quick.

The fur on this hat is really very nice. It is very warm and the style is darling. Although I have a fuller face I am not totally in love with the way the hat looks on myself. It tends to make my face look more "round"
It's looks darling on my daugher AND daughter-in-law. They both have hair that is longer than mine. Which I think helps with this style of hat. I will keep it, since I'm happy with the quality.
My wife did not like the white fox hat I picked but you cheerfully allowed me to exchange it for the one she preferred. Outstanding, excellent customer service, by phone.
Love this hat! its absolutely gorgeous and feels fabulous on! (frost) color is superb. Love that it's knit so stretches over my hair clip if i choose to wear with my hair up. Love, Love, Love it! super soft, not itchy on my head - fabulous!!

I had bought this hat 3 years ago and it was one of my favorite possessions. Warm, fashionable, soft and always getting compliments. Recently I lost mine and spent almost a month looking for a replacement. When it arrived I was overjoyed. No hat is as practical, well made and at a price lower than my 3 year old retail purchase.
