Hat is perfect. I have a small head and the "small" size is just right. A tad snug but I know it will stretch a bit. Love the chocolate color and that it comes down over my ears for warmth if I want to pull it down. Also love that it can be dressed up or down depending on what else you are wearing. I'm very sensitive to tons of things; the dye in the leather and fur was given stamp of approval by my allergy doc. Hat arrived very quickly, even in this holiday season. Have wanted a fur hat for years but they were always too big. Because I had lots of questions, placed my order over the phone to a lovely Canadian lady. Could not have been happier with the transaction from start to finish. Since moving from California to a beautiful but very Mid-Atlantic rural area, I probably will not be investing in fur coats or stoles. However, being able to buy natural and real clothing items that I'm not allergic to is a welcomel treat for cold winters. This was a Christmas present from hubby. Asking for gloves for my birthday...
I love these Olie Shearling Hats so much I bought both the black and the brown. I have been lusting after them the moment I saw a photo of them on Pinterest last year and decided I must have them for this winter in England. They are so warm, so luxurious and fit perfectly. What was surprising is the fact that I ordered them online from Canada, something I normally wouldn't do. But I couldn't find anything similar in London and decided to go for it. The whole process on FurHat World website was so easy, so professional I was reassured. My orders came quicker than they said it would and I am absolutely thrilled with my order. Have been wearing them as it is quite cold now and have been getting a lot of admiring glances.
I was quite surprised that my order of the Olie Shearling Sheepskin hat arrived so quickly. Everything went so smoothly on the website. I have been lusting after this gorgeous looking hat for over a year from a photo I saw on Pinterest so I decided to go for it for this winter. My only disappointment is that the colour is not the same lovely dark chestnut brown as in the photos which I love...the actual colour is paler (a sort of milky chocolate). Never mind, the quality and the sheer luxurious feel of the hat have compensated. I love it.
Hat arrived very promptly. Quality EXCELLENT. Been searching for a sheepskin hat for ages without success and although the colour is darker than my sheepskin coat, I am delighted with it!
This is a really nice hat! The shearling is extremely soft to the touch and very warm. My last hat had suede on the top that made it water-resistant, this has a cloth top, so I miss that feature. The only caveat is order it a size larger as the thickness of the fur makes for a snug fit otherwise. I ordered an xl but would have probably been happier with an xxl.

Ordered this and another hat. Had to return both because they were too large. Listened to the reviews and ordered a large instead of a medium. Sorry I did that. Nicely made and good quality. Shipment from Canada to NY was pretty fast.
This hat appears to be well made. However, even though it fits around my head (I used the sizing guide before ordering), it is too short and does not cover most of my ears. I will therefore need to return it. Not sure the bigger size would work, because it would probably still be too short. Not the manufacturer's fault...my family has big heads!
I loved this hat, but the first one I ordered in size S was much too tight. Then I ordered a size M, and it fit my head, but doesn't cover my ears! I have a small head, so I'm very surprised that I'm having such a problem finding the right hat. I'm going to order yet another style, to see if it does the job! Wish me luck.
