The Sheepskin Cuff hat that arrived was beautiful but too small. I sent it back and asked to exchange it for the larger size. I still don't know if they have received it or if it is lost in transit. It's been three weeks. Customer service said it could take awhile with a return right now. Just wish I knew if they have it or if it's lost
Loved the hat. It was just like the picture and the size was perfect. Very pretty. This is the first hat I had ordered for myself but I had ordered two men's hats one for my son and my husband. I will be ordering another one for myself.
excellent hat,perfect small size as usually a problem finding a small size ,quick delivery to the uk only took a week from placing the order to sitting snug on my head.
I like this hat! However it runs a bit too small. My head is 54,5 cm measured the way showed on the sizing chart. I have very little hair! I bought size M, and it is quite tight. I would say size M is the smallest I can fit, maybe I would try L if I had more hair. S would be extremely small, even though on the chart I fall under S.
In addition I like that the fold is not attached to the body of the hat. I can pull it down a little to have more coverage (for example to cover ears).
warm and snug! very speedy service. It would have been nice if it would have been packaged waterproof though (in a bag maybe inside the box) as it arrived soaked :(
Bought to match a black shearling coat. They look fabulous together. The hat is super warm. According to measurements I am a large but ordered XL. Glad I did because lining is plush. Price is very reasonable for the quality of all of your products. Always easy experience. Quick delivery. Will be back!!
I purchased the kelowna hat ,size large and the fit is great and the tan with white sheepskin border is comfy and warm. This is the 2nd hat I ordered, I ordered the olie hat for my sister and she was very happy also. Would definitely recommend fur hat world to everyone.
