The mittens are gorgeous, the fur soft and warm, but i was disappointed that the cuffs are sewn down. I thought they were just folded down to display the lining. That makes for short gloves and a gap between coat sleeve and glove!
I measured my hands according to the sizing chart and ordered the recommended size mittens. They arrived and very tight, however, I kept them in hopes of them stretching to fit more comfortably. They are so tight now that it is hard to use my hands at all! That being said, my hands are very warm in these mittens. We just ended over a week of zero and sub-zero temps and my hands did not get cold or numb! If I ever splurge on mittens like these again I would definitely order a larger size.
I bought these mittens for my granddaughter for Christmas so, of course, have not yet had her reaction but I must say that I was very pleased with the quality and feel of them. I am always apprehensive when buying online as I don't do it very often but the transaction was smooth and delivered as promised. Here's hoping she is as pleased with them as I am.

a fine product. first bought medium size but it was larger than expected. now have received the small size. it's an 85% fit. will keep it because it is the better of the two. mitten sizes, obviously, can be a little problematic, depending on customer's preference.
I bought this for my daughter and read the reviews previously. I found the sizing on this product to be accurate. The mitts are very warm and she loves them. The shipping was incredibly fast we had them in two days
I bought them for my wife, who is outside waiting for buses to go back and forth to work. She loves them. They are very warm. As far as sizing goes, it's better to go up a size if you are on the cusp between sizes.
The mittens are beautifully made, and wonderfully warm. I got them terribly dirty, washed them on the gentle cycle in my machine, then air dried them. They are as good as new. Before buying these, I had purchased a pair of UGG mittens
(at more than twice the price of Fur Hat). I wore them one time and the dye came off all over my hands! Not good. SO I was especially pleased that this was not a problem with these great mittens.
