Great service. Fantastic quality of the leather, unfortunately (just my case?) poor finishing which makes the look on the outside complete (sides barely look like on the web picture). Overall winter in Illinois requires warm hat so we are going to keep it. Special thanks to the custommer service assosiate. She did her best.
First of all let me say I Love Fur Hat World dot com. I own 4 hats I will most likely buy more in the future.
This hat is very nice but somebody messed up when they made mine. it is too short in the back. So my neck is exposed and cold. It's very depressing because the leather matches one of my custom coats perfectly.
If you look at the comparison between these other two Fur Hat World hats i bought in the past you can clearly see that the back is much shorter.
