Only niggle is laces make tying ear flaps down a bit fiddly, would be better with a small clip fastener/press stud or velcro, otherwise very pleased with product.

Very nice hat have already worn it in a snowstorm and it's nice and warm, also received several comments on how warm it looked. Only drawback is the size runs small, I ordered the 2xl but it's tight (maybe Canadian sizes run smaller?)
I recieved my hat today and I must say that I'm more than satisfied with it. It's wonderfully soft to the touch and delightfully warm to wear. Twas easy to order; it came promptly and it's a great product. I'd happily recommend you to anybody.
Ordered Monday 20th December, 10 arrived UK Wednesday 22nd December 10, that's very fast!! Lovely warm hat, has been very popular at work! Was a bit disappointed to see it was made in China, but having said that, hat will be lovely and warm in this very cold snap we are having here so far!!
The timely arrival of our two hats has ensured warm heads during our extreme winter this year. We were much impressed by FHW's service with the product's delivery well within stated parameters. My only (hopefully helpful) comment is that the tie string should be replaced with either a buckle strap or velcro fastening. It is difficult to tie a bow tight enough to keep out the wind!
