I would have liked the leather ties to be about 4 to 5 inches longer just for convenience sake, but other than that, we will purchase again from your store. Great Hat! Well constructed and very warm. Fits perfectly. Best cold-weather hat I've ever had! Initially, I received the wrong hat but the return/replacement process worked promptly and smoothly. Very pleased overall with the company and their product.

The hat is awesome. My son just loves it. When he has to work outside in the winter, this hat is the one thing that will make the experience tolerable. I would order a size larger than you think you need, however. This type of hat seems to run smaller than expected.

Great product and fits perfectly. Exactly as advertised and good quality. I am sometimes a 7 1/4 and sometimes 7 1/2 hat depending on the style and hat. I got the large and it fits well. Not too tight, but doesn't move at all on my head. When the flaps are raised and tied over the top, my ears are exposed for when it is not too cold or to give them a breather. Good hat. Love it.

I use the hat to walk my dog, which is making my dog very jealous as he wants one for his ears! It is VERY warm, and very stylish too. Practical and good looking, things that don't always go together! I was very pleased with the service too, it arrived within the specified time even over the Christmas period. Thanks very much.
