1) This hat ALWAYS keeps my head totally warm in negative temperatures we get here in New Hampshire. The coldest it gets here (so far) has been -19F (-28C) with the worst wind chills being -30F (-34c)

2) Hat is durable and made to last. This will be one of your favorite hats for years.

3) In extreme temperatures (polar vortex conditions with high winds) I can wear a polyprop balaclava underneath the hat fine.

4) I'm female, 5/7, and ordered the male XL bc it fit the circumference of my head. Fits fine.

4) Chin strap, at the widest setting, is uncomfortably snug. (It's doable, but I wish there the chin strap was longer. Note: it has a few snaps on it. But I use the longest length setting.) Not sure how well chin strap would work for men who have square (wide) jaw lines.

5) Interior of hat (for top of head area) is made of quality quilted silky material. Downside is hat can be slippery on your head in high winds. (See #4. Also see #3 for alternative use.) or if you wear a TurtleFur neck gaiter, when you tile your head back, it will push your hat forward over your brow line.

I am very pleased. The hat is comfortable and warm. Not as luxuriant as the other one I purchased (ultimate sheepskin) but more adjustable and ideal for driving a top-down sports car in the winter!

This was a gift for my grandson. He "loved" it and now my husband wants the same hat. I guess I will be placing another order soon. Good quality product and good delivery service. Quality seems ok but color is much darker than shown. Would have preferred if lighter as in picture.

Hat is great apart from the strap which is too short either to fasten below your neck or to fix the ear flaps above the hat.
I will have to try to get the strap lengthened or some extra poppers fitted.
Delivery to UK a lot faster than expected.

Gave it as a Christmas present and he absolutely loves it. My only complaint is that I paid for next day shipping and it took three/four days to arrive but overall it's great.

very high quality. Doesn't seem Chinese made like others for sale on the Internet. Very warm- very comfortable- these people know what they are doing.
The back of the neck could be an inch longer, but if your coat has a nice colar it should meet up. Strap has a quick disconnect, which is the perfect choice- not like the buckles or snaps offered by other stores.
Materials are 5 star.
If u are going to the artic, you need one with more insulation, otherwise, this is perfect, very warm, but not too bulky to carry around.

This is one of the best things i have ever bought! I am in love with this hat. I use it mostly for work, because i have to work outside a lot, and i plan to use it hunting, though i havent gotten to yet. It was delivered very fast, no problems.

This hat is great!! The suede is soft yet resilient and the fur is of excellent quality. It is well lined and wonderfully constructed all the way around. I purchased this for my son for Christmas, but I have told my husband that I want one too. I ordered several Christmas items from different websites at the same time and this one came first. its going to be a cold winter this year in new jersey, and thanks to furhatworld I'll be nice and warm. The rabbit fur is so soft and I love the look and feel of the suede.

Two hats arrived quickly, in excellent condition. I wanted to return one for a larger size and hoped to request fur trim with darker colors. I called and spoke with Nella, who was extremely helpful and attentive, and assured me that they could hand-pick exactly the combination that I wanted. Sure enough, the replacement hat arrived today, also in perfect condition, and the trim colors are exactly what I had hoped for. I am very happy with my experience and definitely will order again. One comment about the color of the suede hat is that it is not as dark as it looks in the photo, but is more of a warm, milk chocolate brown. Really gorgeous.
