Amongst many negative reviews regarding posting and customs etc I received my items twice now on time. Although I would say paid courier is better for tracking. Item was good and as described. I have confidence in fur hat world, soo far have replied to any questions I had and no issues. Now I think it’s time for jacket, hope don’t jinx myself, very pleased soo far..
