Unfortunately, when I received my gloves, they were a size too small, and I had to return them. I would gladly have exchanged them for the next larger size, but that size was not in stock, as the lady I spoke with, checked to be doubly sure. However, even though I have been unable to wear them, I have to say they were of the very finest quality, and it was apparent they would certainly have kept my hands warm. So, I was disappointed that I could not keep them. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in walking me through the process of returning them, and she E-mailed me a UPS return label to affix to the box. The service I received was very good and the delivery time was exactly as was expected. I have ordered other products from the company and I have been just as happy as I was this time, I would certainly recommend FurHatWorld to anyone who is interested in their line of products. I would definitely give this a 5-star rating.
