I bought 3 of these hats for my grandsons for Christmas and they just loved them. The large was just right for the 11yr olds and the XL just fit the 15yr old,so I am thinking they run a little small. I like the Puffer Trapper Hat I ordered as a gift better, but wanted black fur, so I ordered this one for myself. This one is ok, but feels a little lumpy around the seam on the inside. The front brim, attached with snaps on the sides, tends to bulge out in the middle. I'll keep it and wear it to keep warm, but for a less lumpy, bulging, and more wearable style, I will watch for the Puffer Trapper Hat to be available with black fur before ordering another.
I purchased this hat after somebody in Yellowstone National Park told us about you. We spent 5 weeks there and needed something really warm and this fit the bill perfectly.
Great service and very fast delivery are always appreciated. I got to use it yesterday during our first snowfall in awhile and again this morning with temperatures around -20 degrees, and it was amazing! It is very comfortable and more then a match for any temperature. I didn't overheat, it was just perfect.

I find it very difficult to find headwear that is comfortable. This hat looked and sounded very promising. It had the features I was looking for and came in a size that is not easy to find on other hat sites (XXL). The price was also very reasonable. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations. It fits very well, the finish is great and it is very warm. I have only had it a short time but I would not hesitate to recommend it.
Very pleased with the hat, it's well made, is a good fit and is wonderfully warm. Why did I wait until until the end of winter before indulging! Just over a week delivery from Canada to UK seems good. So all in all a happy customer. Thanks
Just got it in the mail, its a comfortable snug fit and very warm. Great part is it also covers the back of your neck a little bit which definitely helps in the cold winters we have here. I definitely recommend, I might go for the leather one next.
