The hat is well made and very soft, as advertised. Shipping was very fast; I received it 2 days after ordering it. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is a little disappointment with sizing. I measured my head; a large should be a perfect fit for me (I have 3 other fur hats from other makers, 2 large and 1 extra large)but I found it a bit generous. I considered returning it for a medium but had already removed the tags and thought a medium would be too snug. After wearing it a few times, I can live with it being a bit loose. May stitch in a liner strip if necessary next winter.

My hat arrived just as you promised and the fit is just what I wanted. It is very warm and stays on my head in high winds. The Hat is rich looking and and goes with all I wear I may just get another one since my daughter is trying get me to give it to her.
Purchased the hat shortly before going to Montana and Wyoming in February. Brutal cold but the hat kept my head quite warm. Purchased on very short notice but shipping was fast. Excellent service and quality. Will return the next time I want a fur hat.
The hat is very warm and was used on the recent chilly days and belies the thinness of the fur (I expected thicker). the leather is particularly soft and the whole thing is well worth the cost. It was a little tight to begin with as my head band size is on the boundary between sizes but is loosening up really nicely.

The hat is fantastic, the fur is sooo soft. Love it, it will keep my bald head warm this winter. Shipping took a little while longer than I thought it would, but well worth the wait.

I love my new beaver Russian style hat. My shopping experience was delightful and I am looking forward to the arrival of the next Ice Age so that I can wear the hat here in South Florida. In the meantime, I have asked my wife to turn up the air conditioning so that I can wear it in my residence. Seriously though, the quality is first-rate and I intend to wear this hat whenever we venture north to colder climates.
