Amongst many negative reviews regarding posting and customs etc I received my items twice now on time. Although I would say paid courier is better for tracking. Item was good and as described. I have confidence in fur hat world, soo far have replied to any questions I had and no issues. Now I think it’s time for jacket, hope don’t jinx myself, very pleased soo far.. Would definitely recommend, purchased from London.. Thank you

I love this hat. Extremely warm and with the flaps down, its like being indoors in a storm. Breathes well and you can wear it in a mall and not get hot like with artificial materials. Absolute necessity for cold Canadian winters or anyone who hates the cold. I also have the brown one and had to have another as I love these so much.

Wonderfully comfortable and well-made ushanka! Plus, it has noise cancellation which is appreciated. The fit is a little tight at first but it stretches out and fits great after wearing it a bit! The website was easy to navigate and purchase from.
