I love this bag. It's just like you see it in the picture. It has that new smell, I'm very satisfied. Easy to order, and the snow delayed the order but they kept me informed ever step along the way.

I placed order on 20/Jan and received this awesome bag yesterday afternoon. When it arrived, it was into a small box. I was surprise because I believe this bag size is big not small, however, when I took out this bag from package, It's back to big size --- the size like the pic completely, I put all my stuff from my old purse into this purse, it can hold my big wallet, 2 smartphones, pen, horn comb, note book and puffers (for my badly asthma). The fur is amazing long, curly. It seem so warm and soft. Meanwhile, I really appreciate the service---excellent service. No matter you would like to return or to ask questions. I did order another black one after received this beautiful bag. Thank you !

I have had a similar handbag (purchased at my local fur store) for several years, but it was not nearly so well made and this year I knew I couldn't keep using it. This one is not only much better quality -- I expect to be able to use it for many winters to come -- but prettier, too, with the long and curly Mongolian lamb fur. The fabric of the lining is substantial and easily holds a smartphone. (My old one sagged under the weight of a pen, let alone a phone or small wallet.) I also like the number and placement of the pockets -- my phone and my small wallet fit in the two on one side of the bag, a full-sized zippered pocket divides the bag and allows me to secure items that either I don't need to retrieve quickly, or don't want to lose, and the opposite side of the bag has a long zippered pocket for other items.

The straps are sturdy, too. I wish they were a tad longer, because I won't be able to sling the bag over my shoulders when I'm wearing a fur or even a thick wool coat. They are long enough, though, to wear the bag on my shoulder without a coat.

I'm equally pleased with my experience with Fur Hat World. The bag arrived exactly when I was told to expect it.
