We have purchased two different hats at different times and shipping was very quick and the quality was excellent on the rabbit hat and the faux fur hat.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. I was very pleased with the quality of this faux fur hat and think the person I bought it for will be also. From ordering this hat to delivery, it was a very professional smooth transaction.

These Russian Ushanka hats are an excellent cold-weather option. They come in several colors. I bought the black, brown and gray, and I see they just came out with a new buff/cream color. They quality of the fur is excellent, very soft and well processed, so it's not rough, wooly, or dry feeling. The hats are shaped, but still very soft and flexible. The inside has a good quilted polyester lining to slip on and off easily without getting caught in your hair (like the unlined hats I have tried, yucky!).... these are the best option I have seen for faux fur on this website. The only complaint I have is that the strings are not the best quality. They are made from a suede-type fabric that seems to be flaking and shedding. They could have made them from a nice smooth leather that would tie and hold much better, with greater durability and be longer lasting. I have a feeling the hat will far outlast the life of the strings. It would be great if they made a new version of these hats with better strings, but in the meantime, the rest of the hat is an excellent quality and value. I would recommend these to everyone I know.

All of the reviews I read were positive, so I was wondering if they just didn't post the negative reviews. But now I understand, that it must be accurate. I bought this hat in black, gray and brown, and I am mostly pleased with them. The fur is very nice coloring, and does not shed too much, although the longer hair (gray and brown) ones do more than the black one. The strings to tie the flaps were the only negative thing I read, and I can see why. I would add to that negative feedback by saying that the material is very low quality, and it seems like a cheap suede material that is flaking and shedding, and has already started to come unraveled. They should have put nicer quality strings on this product. The lining on the inside is very well made, and the stitching was adequate and nothing to complain about. Overall, this product is good, even though the price is a bit higher than what is fair market value for faux fur hats, but it's worth it for a good product. If these types of products are available on the website in the future, I will continue to buy from this particular website.

I have a small head, but ordered a medium anyway to play safe. I like the fact that the side flappers (ear covers) can be tied up or can hang. Physical qualities of product are excellent. Nice fur, nice badge. Happy with it. Hope to take it for a "test drive" in the winter time.

This is a wonderfully made and very warm hat. It feels a bit snug, but could be due to my thick hair... but can and will wear it and know it will keep my head protected even when out in sub zero temps.
