I informed FurHatWorld and they refunded me on the same day they received the returned coat so I could purchase the smaller size which perfectly fits. Such a great service and products. Wonderful online shopping experience. And the coat looks as shown on the photos.
Coat looks great, very very warm, great quality. However it looked tooo.... mm.. bossy on me... i did not want so "mature / serious / fancy" look. I returned this one and bought Lilac coat instead.
