Free shipping is not available for certain remote locations in the U.S. and Canada, and for the following regions: PR (Puerto Rico), VI (U.S. Virgin Islands), HI (Hawaii), AK (Alaska), NT (Northwest Territories), NU (Nunavut), and YT (Yukon). The shipping costs for these locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are generally shipped the same day, Monday through Friday with the exception of Canadian and USA holidays.
- Applies to orders where all items are shown as “In Stock”.
- Does not apply to orders that display “This item is made to order and requires 15-20 business days of production time before it ships”. These require additional production time as they are custom pieces and take longer to ship.
Please note that your order may arrive in separate shipments. Regardless of the number of shipments you receive, you’ll only be charged the original shipping amount shown when placing your order.
After my order ships, how long will it take to receive it?
USA & Canada:
Standard Shipping: 2 - 10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2 - 5 business days.
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days.
International:
Tracked International Shipping: 5 - 15 business days.
Express Shipping: 2 - 10 business days.
Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order to ship items to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us and we will do our best to make the change. However, once the order has been shipped we do not have the ability to make any changes.
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
You can ship to a P.O. Box only if you choose “Standard Shipping” method at checkout. “Express and Expedited Shipping” methods are not available to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, we ship orders worldwide.
Where do we ship from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA and Canada.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and destination address. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
What if I have different billing and shipping addresses?
Orders where the “Bill to” and “Ship to” address do not match may be delayed in processing and may require proof of identification and proof of a valid payment method.
Will I be charged Customs Fees?
Any orders shipping to outside of North America, may be subject to customs fee.
What should I do If my parcel is late?
You can check the status of your package from the confirmation email you received once it was shipped.
