Luckily, I knew they run small, so I ordered a large and it fits like a perfect medium. I just wish it had a drop down liner like my old one. Otherwise, I love my hat.
I got this in January of 2019 we have just had some record setting temperatures 27 below zero with a wind chill of 50 below this hat has kept me warm not just good looking but wow does it performs
This hat is great I did not think you could improve over the other four hats I got but you did the addition of the head band is great your hats always come through with performance and good looks. the Black Fox has a different look than the silver fox that I got this one is more compact but I like it it is very stylish and warm good hat i will be back for more.
The Full Fox Ushanka (Black) is perfect! Quality is excellent and it looks beautiful. One thing to note: My fitted hat size is 7.5”, and the Fur Hat World size of XL is very snug, bordering on tight. It is fine for me, but if you are sensitive to a tight-fitting hat, you may want to go up by one size. Overall, I am extremely happy and will definitely recommend this website to friends.
First of all, I love my Black Fox Russian Hat. It is warm and looks great. I get lots of complements when I wear it to work, and visiting family and friends.
Second, the website indicates 2-3 days prior to shipping, but in my case it was less than 24 hours from the time I ordered. My hat was shipped the very next day. Though shipping information was not provided until a day or so later. When I got the tracking information, the hat was already being put on a delivery truck by UPS.
Third construction of the hat is of high quality and workmanship. The fur is also high quality, and quite warm indeed.
Bottomline, I am very satisfied with my black fox ushanka hat, and will keep FurHatWorld.com on my favorite's list in case I can afford another hat of equal quality. Having outgrown my hairline, I need hats like this to keep my head warm during the winter months here in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Upper Peninsula Michigan.

I have both a silver fox and a crystal fox Russian full fur hat. The are both fabulous and made just the way I anticipated. I did return the black fox hat because, though it was very well made, it just wasn't as bushy as the other two hats. That should not discourage anyone from buying it in the future. Just be aware that it is of a lighter construction.
All of your products seem to me to be very well made. I purchased the Russian full fur silver fox last year and it was exactly what I wanted. It is very full and bushy. Black fox on the other hand is not nearly as full and bushy. That's okay if that is what you want. It is just too light weight for my taste. So, I ordered a crystal fox which is similar to the silver fox.
