It arrived quickly especially coming from the US. Took about a week which I was delighted about. Then when I put it on my head it was the warmest hat I've ever owned! And you can clip the bottom so the 2 fluffy ear parts sit snug on both sides of your face... The leather is gorgeous too and the hat look svery stylish. My ONLT criticism is that the frnt fur part is on the big side and I would have liked it to be maybe a third smaller so you can see the top of the hat from the front profile but this is probably just down to taste.
