• Our shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the product(s) you purchase. A "shipping estimator" shipping calculator will appear after you add an item to your cart. The shipping estimator will display the item(s) shipping charges for your country.
  
  
• We now offer UPS shipping with insurance and full tracking to all of our customers in the USA and Canada. Standard shipping via UPS is 2-5 business days. We also offer 2-3 day UPS shipping and 1-2 day UPS shipping for an additional cost. Please add a product to your Shopping Cart to see the shipping options available to you. All UPS shipments include a tracking number and insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
  
  
• International Postal Air Mail is available to our worldwide customers located outside of North America. International Air Mail shipping is a low cost alternative to UPS for shipments to outside of Canada and the USA. Unfortunately Air Mail does not provide a delivery date guarantee or detailed tracking. We find that most International Air Mail shipments take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Customers who do not receive their package within 3 weeks of it being shipped by Air Mail should contact their local postal outlet and contact our customer service department.
  
  
• Please allow 1-2 days for production and packaging of your order prior to shipping. Rabbit fur products and sheepskin products are typically pre made and will usually be ready to ship within 1 business day of the order. Many of our other products are made to order and require 1-3 days for manufacturing unless specified otherwise in the product description.
  
  
• Our shipping charges include insurance we insure each item for damage or loss as part of our standard shipping policy.
  
  
• FurHatWorld.com is not responsible for any import taxes applied by some countries on international orders. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs you will not be entitled to any refund from Fur Hat World or any of its affiliated partners.
  
  
• There are never import duties or taxes for USA orders. Canadian orders will be charged GST at checkout unless the item(s) ordered is being shipped from our USA distribution center. In this case, the order will not be charged GST at checkout but Customs Canada may charge GST and a $5 brokerage fee when the shipment is delivered. Canadian customers should contact us if they want to ask which items on our website ship from Canada and which items ship from the USA. Canadian orders for items shipped from the USA will arrive via Canada Post.
