The shopping experience was great. The hat itself is very good, warm and good looking. Despite having read previous comments about "wishing to order a bigger size", I measured my head at 57 cm and ordered a medium sized hat. But I have to agree with previous commenters: It fits a bit too tight. I recommend ordering large if you think medium. Regards 4 Out of 5 stars

Bought in large after using measurement information, found to be small mmade after delivery wish I had went up a size, was going to send back to get larger size but had to be re-ordered so decided to just keep it and hopr it "broke in" so to speak although the skin is very thick but it is getting better wear by wear. The underchin fasterner is fiddlly and could do with a little more material after the hole to thread through the buckle. The website is easy to use and it is good to see paypal accepted across the atlantic for a change, the returns procedure would be better if you could return the item with a request for a larger size then a follow up charge for re-postage. The hat itself is brilliant, it is superior quality and really thick, although the chin and head straps are not so good quality material. If you are looking for a hat this style just book it you won't be dissapointed but beware the size issue.

I bought this sheepskin pilot hat to wear on my motor trike. It is really warm and comfortable and fit for purpose and it looks good.It would have been useful to have an extra eyelet on the strap for those who need a tighter fit under the chin. I was very happy with the ease of use of this website, the quality of packaging and the speed of delivery. Thanks 5 Out of 5 stars

Really superb hat! The real sheepskin is so much nicer to wear on your head than the sherpa fleece (synthetic).The leather is soft and has a very luxurious look and feel!! I would recommend this one without hesitation. 5 Out of 5 stars
