Such a soft hat! Nice and warm, not tight fitting so more of a going from car to building as apposed to taking a hike. Awesome customer service. Looking forward to shopping here again.

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She gets a little annoyed at others that always have to touch her head when she is wearing it. It looks great and it wears well, but the most important factor is that she loves it and so does our daughter. It is soft on both the inside and outside. I was a little worried that she would not wear the hat because she has never worn a hat before. Never the less; she wears it all the time. Incidentally, I also bought her the matching scarf as well.
