"This was my first order with FurHatWorld; as the "deep freeze" continued in the UK well into April, I searched for fur hats on the Internet and came accross FHW. The scarf is beautifully soft and very warm, which is what I wanted. I had a bit of a 'problem' finding the slip, and for one moment I thought the scarf was faulty and it didn't have one, but eventually I found it right under the rosette, in fact the rosette is sewn onto a strip under which you tuck the scarf, rather than being just a slit in the garment. Great scarf, love it and will order the mink one too for next winter.
The order arrived within a week of placing it, even though there was the Easter holiday in the middle of it. I used standard post and didn't have to pay anything extra (unlike some customers here from the UK who paid quite a bit for express delivery). Standard post is quite quick at no extra cost.
