Our Aviator Hats are designed for warmth and style, inspired by the hats bomber pilots wore in WWII. This hat offers a modern twist on a classic style. It features premium quality soft warm rabbit fur and a hi-tech water repellent Taslon shell, providing superior protection from wind and cold.

A handy rear size adjuster with T-slide metal buckle ensures a perfect fit. Use the sizer to adjust the hat smaller by up to a full size if needed. The sizer is a valuable feature when buying a hat without trying it on. Makes a great gift idea. The interior of the hat offers a quilted static resistant insulated lining and a fleece forehead pad for added comfort.

The rabbit fur ear flaps can be secured under the chin for extra warmth or neatly flipped up and attached at the top of the hat using an innovative and durable Velcro and metal ring closure system. The Taslon Nylon outer shell is treated with Guardian 100 Textile Protector, a durable water repellent treatment that repels water to run off rather than being absorbed. Brushed nickel metal hardware is used on the hat for added quality and style. Designed in Canada.

I am buying this to replace one I bought my son @ 4 years ago. He moved cross country and lost his first one and asked that I replace it because he missed it so much. Very comfortable and warm, but runs a bit on the large side. Also the size-adjustment buckle at rear slips badly and will not hold setting. Doubling the excess part of the strap and placing it under the buckle somewhat helps. Except for the buckle problem, the hat is a keeper. 3 Out of 5 stars

My hat is very warm and comfortable. I bought it primarily for when I'm hunting shoeshoe hares and the temps average 8 degrees without the wind chill. On line shopping was a breeze, it was easy to track the delivery and it showed up when promised. My only complaint is that it's made in China. Purchased this as a gift for Christmas for my husband. Received the item in a very timely manner, as promised. The hat is exactly as described - needed as XXL and it fits with the side flaps down, but when they are turned up - makes the hat too snug. Nice item though!!!! 4 Out of 5 stars
