FRR™ OPP Mouton Sheepskin Trapper Hat

OPP Mouton Sheepskin Trapper Hat. This trapper hat is made with extra thick, warm black mouton sheepskin and a water resistant black nylon shell. It has twill ties that extend from the ear flaps. The ear flaps can be worn down for extra warmth or neatly folded up and tied at the top. This is the hat worn by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Canada. It is standard issue to all OPP officers.

Mouton fur refers to lamb hair which has been straightened and thermally set to produce a moisture repellent finish.

Bought this hat for my dad as a gift. He had been wanting one for years and mentioned it as a possible gift idea for his B-day. The turn around time from ordering to him receiving it was exceptionally fast. Also mentioned was how warm the hat was and how nice it was to not have that cold winter breeze blowing down his neck. As a first time customer here I was glad to see the the hat was everything that it was described to be. Knowing that my dad was happy with his hat,(he's kind of picky),I'd reccommend to others to give the site a look over.

Bought this hat for a trip to Astana, Kazakhstan. Worked great in -25C conditions. Agree with the other comments to order one size bigger.
