I discovered the FurHat World in late March, due to the unusually long and very cold winter here in the UK (London), so I only wore this hat once, but will store it carefully for next winter. I wish you made this hat with a contrasting fur trim, e.g. blue or silver fox, as all black can look a bit too severe, but it is still a lovely and very elegant hat as it is. The delivery was quite quick - the hat arrived within six or seven working days by standard delivery,at no extra postal charge. The only issue when ordering hats on line could be the sizing;I previously ordered a medium size hat (according to my head measurement) in a different style (a sheepskin beannie), but had to return it as it was too small. I ordered this hat as a replacement in large size, and it fits comfortably, although a medium might have been a better fit for me with this hat.
