I placed an order for the brown mink earmuffs and received the black earmuffs, I called to let them know that they shipped the wrong item, I was told to ship the items back and to include my receipt for the shipping costs. I asked if they could ship the correct item while I was in the process of sending back the incorrect item. Unfortunately, I was told no and given 3 options: 1. I would either have to place a new order or 2. Receive a full refund once they receive the item or 3. Exchange the item and wait. I asked why those were the only options since it was their mistake, I did not receive an answer I was told that it was unfortunate and that brown looks similar to black. I will not order from this company again, which is disappointing because the quality was nice, and it did not take long to arrive but the customer service is poor and it was their mistake.
