Hello. it arrived in a short time, and I appreciate that! The only negative was the tail was a bit crunched.. wrinkled and appears to have been frm being crunched in shipping or packing. so not sure if I can steam it at all or how to get the kink out of the tail... It would be nice to know care for the hat as well. I did not look in the box, there were some papers but I had to wrap it quickly to prevent being seen. If instrctions for care are in the box; Thanks. if not, would you advise. thanks again.
