I am very happy with the service from this web purchase.The christmas gift for my wife arrived within 3 days,well packed. This is an amazingly soft hat, and looks stunning (and a little frightening in the deep black color!). No hat could be quite so plush and warm if it were made out of synthetic materials. I love dis hat. 5 Out of 5 stars

Unfortunately, I had to return this well made, beautiful, hat, because I ordered the wrong size. They returned my payment, PROMPTLY, IN FULL (minus the minimal shipping fee). For long time I have been looking for a Russian style fur hat (similar to what I was wearing in Russian winter, decades ago) until I found the Fur Hat World website. I just got my Black Muskrat hat, just in time for white Christmas in Switzerland, and it is exactly what I was looking for (great product). Getting items cleared at Swiss customs took some time, but otherwise, the delivery was very expedient, and service very friendly. I can recommend this service without any reservations.
